Mildred Ramsey spent over half her life working in a textile mill in South Carolina
as a production worker, never holding a salaried supervisory position.
After observing management for over 42 years, she wrote a book about some of
the sins of management and what she felt were some simple solutions to the negative
labor/management relationships she had observed.
Her book, The Super Supervisor and video series based on the book is used by over 1500 clients for teaching basic people skills to front-line supervisors.
Mildred is a popular speaker and she conducts her Mildred Live!!!!! seminars including the "Super Supervisor" for managers and "A Winner Warts and All" motivational for Corporations and Management Associations across America.
